Everything was great until we went to our car to leave. Whoever cleaned the floor mats left dirt and small pebbles all over the front seats.

Thank you to Jackie (service advisor) who worked me into the Saturday schedule @ Darling’s. Jacob West did an awesome job of explaining my Jeep tire rotation process & approx how long it would take. Jacky was a perfect pro: he’d done some homework on my car before I arrived, was a great communicator about the issues discovered; and gave a pretty accurate time estimate too. I thought everyone working in the service area was very professional.
