I waited for my oil change that took 2.5 hours. That is unacceptable for a 10 minute job. I was also provided with a listing of other items that were in need of maintenance. 3 of the items (cabin filter, air filter, wiper blades) were already replaced by myself less than a month ago. I am positive these items were never looked at by the technician. This left the remaining items on the list (for a total amount of $4500) as suspicious to me for replacement so I declined the entire listing. Again, a totally unacceptable experience. I will likely not return for future service needs.
