Humberto was great as was the service. However I never heard back from two managers on a few questions that I had. On July 21 I made my service appointment after multiple attempts to reach some(system is terrible) I talked to Lacy. She was not able to answer my question but was very understanding and placed my questions in an email to two of her managers. Needless to say they never contacted me. This has happened before. It appears that no one at the managerial level seems to either care or is incompetent

I’m very satisfied with Jackie, but not very happy with the service Sept. I had an oil change two weeks and the wrong washer was used. Oil leaked all over my driveway. At least 10 dark, oily spots. I had to bring my car back in on my day off to get fixed. Jackie was excellent in explaining what happened and even gave me a can of degreaser for my driveway. I sprayed the spots and let sit for 10 min. I sprayed the degreaser off and all the stains are still there. I’m not very happy with the driveway stains. It looks awful.
