Detailing of the vehicle was less than satisfactory. Goldfish crackers, chapsticks and tons of crumbs under the front seats. Inside windshield full of film.

Due to your lack of personnel, it took me three days to make an appointment! And then it was the service department that intervened and got the apot for me. The service dept is without fault. Excellent serviice.

Need to have direct access to the service advisor.
James is fine. Lakeland Audi breaking the dip stick causing a delay in the return of the car is unacceptable. Telling me the car was on its way but the delivery took more than an hour more the delivery should have makes the information provided to me seem very suspect.
The phone people that intercede between the service adviser and owner diminish the quality of the service.

Gerald was able to provide emergency service information when I was stranded, then assisted in replacing the damaged tire and having it replaced on my car. All went smoothly and Gerald kept me updated every step of the way! Thanks Gerald.and thanks Audi of Orland Park for your continued support if my multiple Audi vehicles!

Of big red for me, glad that the transmission coolant lines were fixed
Hope to get a few more years out of it
Darlings also saved the truck a few years ago when the oil pan, oil
Lines and transmission lines knocked out as I live in a dirt road and not maintained
