Arrived at 10:50 a.m. for 11:00 appt, not checked in until 11:34 a.m. My long term service consultant, Gerald whom I am quite satisfied with appeared to be the only service adviser working. Waiting area was packed with approx 6 customers. A woman in the service manager's office appeared to be chatting away on the phone or with valet attendants rather than checking me in as I am accustomed to when Gerald is not available. Not quite sure why I spent over 4 hours to have an oil change and safety recall air bag installed??? Upon review of my multi point inspection checklist form provided, it appears inconsistent with previous findings and recommendations in the last couple of visits. Only after I was advised verbally of technician's findings, I had to specifically ask about my tires (and front passenger's side) and then upon further review was advised potential dry rot and nail found in front right tire. While I have been very satisfied with Thom Gavrick's findings in the past, I can only conclude that he apparently is experiencing similar issues as Gerald, in the shop (being ask to perform the impossible with no time). I have been coming here for years and there is clearly some serious general management issues that are in play. Incidentally, I did speak to the woman in the service manager's office upon my departure and she advised me that she was just thrown into the role and does not know how to even use the computer??? I could not believe what I heard??? I have been an Audi owner since 1985, using Audi exclusively for my maintenance services and never had an experience like I had yesterday. Now, I have an upcoming appointment Nov.2nd and I do hope that Audi Orland is able to provide me the overall service experience that I am accustomed to...

The sales team (mostly Bill) did a great job during the process of getting all the paperwork done promptly. The service team on the other hand didn't do a decent job in getting the car ready.I waited 3 hours to get my car paint protection, as well as the car clean and ready. Also, the car only had 1/4 tank of gasoline when it was given to me, but I was promised a full tank. I'm not happy at all with that experience, particularly, when buying my first Audi

2010 ford focus only 78769 miles on it!!!! They told me I need a clutch pack 14 hours I don't think so vehicle shifts fine its an electrical problem that's ridiculous!!!!! Thanks for nothing!!!!!!! Thanks for the porking today

I was very impressed with the effort made by Joe in getting my truck in for a service with very little notice. We are travelling and Joe understood the need for getting my truck in and assisting in keeping it serviced.
I was also impressed with the technician and Joe in reporting an issue with the brakes and then fitting the repair in, again with no advanced notice. I would certainly recommend this dealer for services and repairs. Real five star service.
