James Green went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience at Audi Lakeland. My only comment is in regards to the online service scheduling. It asked for my credit card to ensure the tires were ordered when I called to verify there was no record of my appointment or anything even though I had a confirmation email. Was really frustrating. Also I booked an appointment that also had a loaner car and was told there was none available.

Great service, always do a great job. The biggest challenge for any customer in dealing with the service department is TRUST, I trust McGrath Audi because I believe they are honest, please make sure that that TRuST is never broken. Great job so far, you do a great job.
