The problem I was facing with my car ultimately came down to a supply chain issue. It was a month process until I got my car back, however I want to recognize Umberto for going above and beyond customer satisfaction. Umberto kept me up to date with the whole process and was also able to provide me with a loner vehicle even though the dealership didn’t have any available

I’m not in a good situation with my car that I bought from you, but Humberto did all he could to make a bad situation tolerable….I hope the car is fixed and I hope Humberto is recognized for his great customer service.

Joseph was very prompt with me and kept me informed on every aspect of my service. He also compensated me for not having the parts needed for my service. I'm very happy with the service I received

Took awhile to get parts, but when they arrived the job was done immediately. My only concern was the tech said the transmission bolts broke if I remember right,and Darlings was the last dealership to work in tha area so did they put never seize or why did they give fault in about 3 years?
