I was not told that my repairs were not going to be done when I brought it in at the scheduled time of 4pm. However I was supplied with a free loaner. Then there were equipment issues that prevented the repairs to be completed the next day however I had to call to inquire about the status of the repairs instead of being contacted by your representative. Poor communication.

Dariusz and the team should be the gold star for luxury/performance service customer service reps/depts. I have never felt The need to question a diagnosis or the gamut of suggested repairs, which is something most people experience during the tenure of car ownership. He has always explained in basic terms the reason for suggested repairs and maintenance so one can make the best decisions for them and their car. Most importantly , he has helped recover my loyalty to Audi (now on my 5th car) after an “interesting” and less than ideal certified used car purchase experience, during the pandemic in NYC. I am grateful for his and the teams dedication to helping me resolve underlying performance and maintenance issues with the car since my purchase back in NYC, and he has done so with the utmost of integrity. While I hope to not come in for some time, I would go out of my way to have my car serviced and diagnosed with Dariusz at Audi OP.

I can’t say that the service was horrible but it was definitely not quality. I felt like no one know what was going on and I receive text messages that my car was done when I got their paperwork was not done. The car was still being driven for a test drive, and it was not washed, so I would say that you need to get everyone on the same page including your tech department
