Sino was very nice. I did not like that they tried to charge me 3 hours of service for changing the bulb of a headlight which takes less than an hour. When Sino called me back and told me he could knock the price down and I said to go ahead, my car was ready for pick up one hour and ten minutes later. Proving my point. When I made the appt I was also told the 75000 mile service was 956 dollars. Today I was told 1200. At this point I don’t feel that service is priced honestly.

You should put all charges in the service estimates. I was charged an additional $60 for “misc charges” (which turned out to be disposal of fluids, which should be included in the “change fluids” service estimates, and tax - which I could see if that were left out, but really how hard is that to include?). No surprise charges/hidden fees…I’m already spending a lot of money servicing my car at the dealer.
There is also too much contact about feedback/surveys. It’s badgering. Should be optional. Also, one of the feedback requests was for a public Google review. I don’t want to do that.

Never talked to or met Joseph Turner, was just told he was the technician that serviced our recall. Phones very busy, but was reassured that recall was taken care of.

I was not updated by the service advisor Sino on if my vehicle passed the recall test and if I would need further service. I was simply emailed saying my vehicle was ready. At least fill me in on the details before simply saying the vehicle is ready. I even emailed back asking about this and I called but I got no clear answer. The service rep should call me to provide the details. I am hesitant to bring my car back to your service center in the future.

Many, many delays - every 48 to 72 hours I was provided an estimated timeline 48 to 72hrs away - for a month. And while so understand there were some circumstances beyond control, there was sluggish communication toward the end - not early on, but the longer the car was there and the more delays there were I think there was some hesitation to have to tell me there was another delay. Ultimately, toward the end I did not get regular updates unless I called for one. Even when the car was finished my notification was a text message with request for payment. I definitely expected a personal call with an update after such an ordeal. Kim would have been all over that call, back in the day.
The car was also not cleaned as I was told it would be, before return. This was something I had asked for as a satisfaction aid after the first 3 weeks of delayed repair, since we are now into cold weather and I would have detailed it myself before this point in the season, had I been able to. The car is now functional and seems to be in good working order and the team leader did help in adjusting the bill which was very much appreciated since I had additional transportation costs while without my car. But overall, this was not a great experience, and not what I have come to expect in my many previous interactions with Darling’s Service.
