Jacky has always been an amazing person that I fully trust with my car maintenance, and that goes for the rest of the staff too. Everyone is always polite and helpful, and the building is always comfortable and clean. Jacky’s been doing all of my car work since I moved here a few years ago and I’ve never had a single experience with him that wasn’t at least EXCELLENT service, super friendly, knowledgeable on my car and it’s needs, and understanding of what I need in the car. As a woman I’m always a little skeptical of mechanics and salesmen, as it’s pretty common for them to try and upsell or trick me into buying parts I don’t need or doing maintenance that isn’t necessary/good for the car. I have never once felt that from Jacky, he’s always treated me with respect and dignity. He’s always explained what my car needs, should have soon, and doesn’t need. And he always does so in a way that is easy for me to understand (as someone who isn’t a car-person) but doesn’t make me feel demeaned or belittled.

The only comment I have is that it took over 30min to take my vehicle in for a scheduled maintenance appointment. It took 20min before I was engaged with a representative. Thank you for your help.

Very long story that’s been evolving for 3 months now. Not at all Tony really but the dealership and the challenges of resolving substantial damage they did to the paint on my brand new $75000 vehicle. I have responded to multiple surveys about the complete dissatisfaction with every aspect of this experience and not one person has responded from corporate or Lakeland. Evidently we made a poor decision to buy from Lakeland.
