Hi, despite the not-so-happy $3k+ cost of a repair for an Audi fault just outside the extended warranty period, Manny (as ever) was great. Seriously I think he is the best and one of the really good things about owning an Audi.

I brought my Audi Q5 in for service on 6/24 and worked with Christian Stanoulov. He listened to me voice all of my concerns and assured me all would be taken care of. He spent extra time with me answering questions I had about my car that were unrelated to the service I was having done. He kept me updated on the status of when the car would be ready and was so kind to work with me on being flexible for when I could pick my car up and drop off the loaner. I’m always so impressed with the level of service I receive at Audi. I never have anything bad to say. Christian was so great.
