Tony was great! Very professional and kept me updated with the vehicle. He did a great job. Overall, satisfied with the help he gave us and the entire service team as well. This dealership needs more courtesy/rental cars. Was an inconvenience to be without vehicle for a full week. For as long as we’ve been coming to Audi Lakeland since it opened, I can only recall once or twice we’ve gotten a vehicle

My service rep was very good. No complaint. However I was told the service would be about 2 hours. After a little over 2 hours I checked with my rep and my car was outside. It was quickly rushed in for the tire rotation.
2 hours should be more than enough time for a routine service.

I had an emergency with my company vehicle and just drove in thinking it would be there for a day or two but Cooper got it right in and fixed. The service team there are excellent but Cooper is the best.

Simply, efficient. Very kind and willing to help. I have enjoyed working with Gary Downey for the last 4 yrs. at Lakeland Audi. He's very attentive and will go miles to make you feel comfortable. He's the best.
