They did a wonderful job. Kept me informed through the whole process. My truck was picked up and it was dirty. It was delivered back shiny. Even though it is a 2017 I had one person think it was brand new

Tony is a great service person, he communicate with me the whole time my car was there and I really appreciate that. Now I have to say that I ask for my car not to be park outside of the garage and someone pull my car out and left in the car cause my dash to lift. From my understanding Tony was not there when it happened. If I had to rate Tony he get 5star but who ever put my car out in the heat cause my thousands of dollars to repair the dash

Jacky is amazing. I get first-rate service with him. He sent pictures, text messages, and phone calls. In today's world, Jacky's attention to detail and customer satisfaction is unbelievable. He actually cares about you and your vehicle. I love working with Jacky. Back in the early winter, he helped with my malfunctioning back up camera, and his service that time was amazing as well. He represents Darlings well!!

The issue I came to the service department with was not addressed or fixed. I dropped off my vehicle to have the REAR WINDSHIELD DEFROST checked out and repaired. Instead, the rear ac climate control was looked at and “fixed” which was already working just fine to begin with. I tried calling the service department back and I could not get a hold of anyone nor has anyone called me back. This took time out of my work day and left me without a vehicle, which I now have to take back to the service department to have it actually fixed again.
