Jeff was incredibly helpful, attentive, prompt. Darling’s team has time & time again been superlative in service and unparalleled in customer care. I have honestly been waiting for the time when I receive the “typical” treatment from a dealership that is stereotypically sly and sales-y, and it has never once happened. So grateful I chose Darling’s for our truck purchase, and also Mark St Germain as our salesman— who still remembered me by name as I walked in the door over a year later. Makes me want to work in automotive just for the career experience as a Darling’s employee.

Good day, I wanted to take time out of my schedule to give praise and accolades to Joe. I have been with Ford for many many years and the darlings family and they always feel a sense of belonging and a big part of that is because of Joe. Joe takes the time to find out about people to build a personal connection, and he's also a great conversationalist. Joe has a wonderful approach to ensure that all needs are going to be addressed regarding my Super Duty. His product knowledge is imperative to the streamline workflow approach that he has. Joe always knows how to solve a problem, I've seen them handle three or four customers at a time. I trust Joe implicitly with my truck. In all my years with Joe I've never heard him say I can't do that, he always says let's figure it out.

He answered all my questions , was very knowledgeable and helped me decide on a costly repair that I was not sure needed to be done. When he explained the consequences of not having it done, the part was ordered and O await the call to bring the car back.
