Impressive! Gary Downey does indeed go above & beyond to ensure that, not just my car gets serviced, but also to apply the depth & breadth of his expertise. And he does it with such ease, making a multi-step process feel like a breeze. Mr. Downey is my front man for Audi Lakeland. To me, he IS Audi! Please take especially good care of him because his multi-tiered knowledge & experience far exceeds that of Fields BMW & Mercedes! There's no one else that even comes close to Gary Downey. We have no Complaints when ever we bring in our vehicle in for service . They treat us with respect and couldn't ask for anything more. Couldn't be more pleased with your wonderful employees.

They were late checking the cars in. My appointment was for 7:30; I arrived at 7:20 am; there were already 3 cars inside. Both the valet and service manager let me know they were running behind. However, after entering the service area; the other service advisor waited on the two men whose cars were behind mine. When I asked the manager why they were waited on before me, no explanation was given. The advisor who appeared to be working alone before 8 am took great care of my car. He was at a loss to explain why my car was the 3rd one checked in despite being the first car in the line. After this, the appointment went smoothly with my advisor explaining in great detail about why the check engine light was on and what was done to fix it; by replacing some pump thing regarding fuel vapors. However, I did not appreciate being snubbed about the check-in of the car in the beginning. Usually my Audi service appointments are done exceptionally from beginning to end. Today 4/13/2023 was not the case.

The issue with the truck security system has not been fixed, and upon receiving my vehicle back now the horn does not work. I would like to know that when a vehicle is brought to you for repair that it will be actually fixed, not communicated to me that everything is fine and the first morning back with the truck it’s having the alarm going off and the horn no longer works after your dealership touched the vehicle. Very unimpressed with the work for the amount of money charged.

Ben was great I arrived at 730 and he had already arranged a loaner and promised to have my car ready by mid afternoon. Which he did! I’ve had 3/4 BMW and the same number Mercedes and Ben by far is the best service tech that I’ve experienced and this is the first Audi that I’ve owned.
