William was great- knowledgeable and had all my questions answered. No fault to him but about 10 minutes after I left my tire light came on ( one of the reasons the car went in was because some dash lights were on- I also got my winter tires changed over-so I will check the tire pressure as hopefully an easy fix)

I felt that the cost for the oil change, tire mounting (even though my tires were already on rims), and the front alignment was very expensive. But I appreciated the car wash.

This was the best experience I have ever had at this service center. I am hoping this fixes the loud knocking noise I hear at times when going down 95.

I had my ac repaired and brake pads and battery replaced somewhere else for less than Audi quoted me to fix just the ac. My repairs are also covered under a 3 year warranty. I won’t be back.

Service was started on time and completed in time given. Cooper was very pleasant with greeting and asked if I had any questions. Customer lounge is clean and pleasant to sit in. Having the vehicle cleaned is a bonus. Will return for next service.
