I was totally happy with the way I was treated when I brought my Bronco in for service & replacing a piece of trim on dash! It was done in a timely manner and very well! I felt well cared for as well as my vehicle….

Jacob and the team exceeded my expectations. There was an issue with the rental car because of the service took so long, but it was quickly resolved. Also, Jacob went above and beyond to plug-in my iD 4 after the service while I grabbed a few items from a nearby store.

I had a 9 am appt. Gerald was very thorough, writing down what I needed checked in my car. However, I don’t know whose job it was to let me know the Service department was not going to have time to work on my car today. Even though I had an appointment. No one called me. I called Gerald and the Service Dept at 3 pm but it went to voicemail. So I called back at 4:30 pm at the same time Gerald was calling me to let me know no one had worked on my car at all, maybe they could work on it tomorrow. I found this experience unacceptable and unprofessional, not the Audi standard of quality.

The walk through video came to me after I left Audi. The service took much longer than expected. Everyone is very friendly at Audi and the lobby is comfortable with snacks etc. This isn’t the first time the service has been extended longer than the estimate. It would help for planning your day to have a better idea of how long you will be there. I would also like to get the videos of my car before I leave my appointment.
