Interior led lights/electrical issue from water leakage remains an issue. I'll be calling Monday for further investigation. Lights blonk off/on

I was satisfied AFTER is brought to the attention of the service staff that there were large amount of oil and transmission fluid on the undercarriage of my truck. Dustin took care of it when I brought to his attention and had the shop foreman at my request verify no leaks.
Afterward when I drove away my steering wheel was covered in grime and dirt and I had to stop to clean it. This happened the first time I came to Darlings for service as well and thought it was a one off event. Obviously the service techs to take the time to wash their hands prior to test drives and the service personnel that drive the vehicles up to the customers don’t recognize that the steering wheels are dirty.
The actual work completed was completely satisfactory factory to me.

Ryan is a true class act and customer focused. He worked tirelessly not only with me, but navigating the "red tape" of a warranty and insurance claim. He was in constant communication with me every step of the way. This was my first experience at Audi of Morton Grove as well, and because Ryan, you've now got a devoted customer for as long as I'm an Audi driver....which will never change BTW! Thank you to Ryan once again!
