Cooper was great! Super kind. My low tire pressure light was on. He waived me right in, found the tire and put air in it. He got me an appt for the next day. The tire was repaired today and I was even able to get my oil changed. Cooper's service was outstanding! Thank you!

Aremeh is the reason we still buy Audi!
He is amazing at making the customer feel valued. There are definitely some of your team members at that dealership that do not provide that service. If it wasn't for Aremeh, we may have gone elsewhere.

I was told an oil change would take 90 minutes. It ended up being about 3 hours. This is after I purposely got there at 7:15 AM. This should never happen.

There was no conclusion drawn or remedy to my issues at-hand. I was told to bring it in the next time I saw that errors pop up on the dashboard and they would do a deep-dive on the car (that’s literally what I brought it in for). Waste of two hours of my time sitting there just to go home and have the error messages pop up on the way.
