Sidney was responsive- not his issue but I could not get a loaner car and had to wait 3 hours for an oil change. I got a ride home and used an Audi provided Lift back. They told me an hour for an oil change when I booked the appt.

On top of given warranty an extra was sold to me during car purchase. When the time came to use it , turns out my issue isn’t covered by any warranties I bought. That’s my second Audi with dealership and probably is last one
