Seamen was great. I just switched from Fletcher Jones downtown to McGrath and couldn’t be happier. The service experience was exceptional in comparison! Stamen was friendly, knowledgeable,professional and honest! I didn’t feel pressured to do any extraneous work to my car. I also have an Audi A4, 2009 that I wouldn’t bring to Gfletvher jones because I knew they would over estimate the work that was needed, I will bring my car to McGrath because of the service Arameh provided. Thank you!

The only issue was the delivery of my vehicle. There was a tire replaced on my RS5, amd when I picked up the vehicle, there was tire lube all over the tire and rim. Not sure what the washing procedure is, but returning an RS5, or any Audi, dirty is un acceptable. Having tire lube all over my rim and tire is expected from my local tire shop. Not a world renowned dealership.
