Ryan was great however I had to come into the dealership after waiting since August 25th trying to get someone to give me an appointment. Called almost everyday, having to leave messages and never received a call back. So I made a trip in to see what could be done and luckily there was an opening.

I came for diagnostic assessment 8/29 and have yet to receive cost of estimated repairs. I called 2 days later asking for an update and was told the information was to be sent over within the hour- I have yet to receive the information.
