My truck is pulling to the left when driving. I'll be coming back Monday.

Gary was nice when I dropped off but never told me there was a charge for anything as I told him I had a service contract. Imagine my surprise for a $229 bill. Took 30 min to pick up car the next day because bill was incorrect. No way to see what is being charged from the text message to pay. Other service advisor I picked up from was clearly not wanting to be inconvenienced by me and kept stopping what he was doing to talk to and help another customer with something on their phone. I guess he didn’t care about service as I wasn’t “his” customer. This shouldn’t matter - irritating experience. Will pick up from the actual SA in the future.

Lack of communication. I brought the car in on Wednesday got a call right off. Fantastic. They had my work number but proceeded to call my wife who knew nothing. I had to get a hold of Andrea who was fantastic to have someone call me. Got the call the next morning. It's almost like the whole conversation about warranty issues was forgot because she started telling me pricing. I reminded of the warranty. 7 hours later I get a call car won't be done till Friday but everything was covered. Great. Never heard another thing. Called 3 times Friday was on hold for over 15 minutes. Finally had to send a message for someone to call me to tell me my car was done Friday at 345. I dropped off Tuesday. Anyway. Netty jo was very nice and apologized a lot. Sadly would have to apologize if you just kept me informed. Normally I don't complain as I am in service and have had bad days..still upset my muffler wasn't covered under warranty pretty sure exhaust was said a long with bearings and everything when but brakes and oil changes. fiance guy sold me on extra warranty...but I'm going to weld it and move on. Now that warranty is done I will probably not be back. Probably won't by a ford next time.

Loaner discrepancy, lack of communication with the advisor had me Waiting all day knowing that the vehicle needed to stay, could’ve saved me the last two hours until I asked for the status. Not being welcomed upon drop off of & pickup of vehicle. Additionally and personally the most important to me, being completely ignored by your GM when I sent an email. Customer service should always be the goal. Sadly every time I come here I don’t feel it & the service advisors are not welcoming at all!
