Gerald Wilson has great customer service. He kept me informed on everything that was going on with my vehicle. He provided me with a loaner because he knew how bad I needed transportation during this process.
If I had to give him a grade it would be a A+.

Tech was very thorough. Found I need to change my air filter. I had not changed it long ago but my job has really plugged it. Truck runs better and I am getting 2 miles more per gallon

Gerald is an asset to Audi! He treats every customer with the utmost respect and kindness! He communicated every update in a timely manner and followed up to every question very quickly! He’s awesome and as a business owner myself legitimately deserves a raise! This is not the first time I’ve worked with Gerald either. He takes care of me every time I have needed service.

After bringing my q3 in for the 3rd time to be repaired for the sunroof leaking, it took another month for an appointment, then another month to repair it. I picked my vehicle up today while driving home I could smell the mold in it!
