i am very disappointed in whoever wrote on the customer invoice “a/c condensation is the only thing happening which can be confused as a leak. i know condensation/water on garage floor. condensation doesn’t stay on a garage floor for days and the area is getting bigger. if a leak wasn’t detected then a leak wasn’t seen. elementary children knows water evaporates and don’t stay on the flooring especially in a 100+ degree closed garage.

I know batteries are expensive and require programming for Audi's, but $750 to switch out a battery is excessive. A quick look online shows the price should range up to $450 at most, including labor and accounting for inflation. I was very happy with your service until this overcharge. I paid it, as I was already at the dealership and have other things to worry about. But I will now consider alternative options for servicing my car in the future. Also makes me less inclined to purchase a future car from your dealership.

Floors needed vacuuming , but everything else was great

He told me that he need to order the parts and will call me back in a few days. That was on September 6. Last week I call again he had the parts but need to talk to darling on the other side of the road, and should be calling you back sometime today. Well today it’s September 30 and still no appointment. My parts will not be on the warranty anymore. On my own opinion I will not send someone there. Thank you very much for your help.

My truck still has something wrong with the front end when reversing with the steering locked to the left side. Otherwise Ryan handled the situation well
