My check engine light came on on my way home- I did stop for gas possibly did not tighten the cap- I called John and may have to come back to see what the problem is- John was helpful in explaining everything to me- I just hope it is nothing serious with the car - seeing I live an hour+ away
Andrew always goes above and beyond to make sure that I am taken care of in a timely fashion. He takes the time to explain what is happening if there is an issue and always very accommodating. A true pleasure to work with.

He went above and beyond with explaining the issues my car was having and was so accommodating to my needs due to the cars issues. When doing the tire rotation the tech failed to follow the Waldoch procedure which sets the tire pressure limits ... so on my way home this evening I received a tire pressure warning ... very annoying ... this is at least the third time ... maybe a rocket scientist in your organization could ensure that this shows up every time my service ticket comes up!

I was impressed by the teams honesty and integrity. A small error on my last repair meant that a hose popped off. This repair was done for free because Shawn thought it likely that it was related to the previous repair. A less honest garage would likely have tried to charge me and I would have probably taken them at their word.
Chen is always pleasant and helpful. I trust his recommendations and appreciate his honesty.
