Service advisors Rochelle and Johnny are awesome!! Porter Angel is awesome great customer service. Ernesto is also awesome. I travel to come to this dealership to service my vehicle even though their are Honda dealerships near my home but the amazing people I listed above keeps me coming to Spreen Honda in Loma Linda California.

I brought my 2016 in to have ac unit checked out. There’s been issues with it for at least 2 years. AC unit does not cool down interior. Air isn’t cold enough. Doreen charged me $150.00 to inspect it and to give me an estimate of $2000.00 to fix the issue. The newer vehicle should not have major ac issues. I think I’m going to join the class action lawsuit. This is a manufacturing defect that should have been taken car of.
