Was there for two and half hours. Made appointment for 10:50, got there at 10:36 and they got me out of there at 12:05. The web site lists appointments for just lub/service as 15 minutes?? Missed that by 10 miles! So far I'm happy with the lub/service but time wise needs improvement.

The only thing I felt a little upset with is when they do oil changes and do not put back shield back up to where it was I had one fall off in the freeway thats the only thing I have problems with.
