I didn't have an issue, but I did feel rushed when I dropped of my vehicle and I had a question about my radio and I felt as if he didn't want to deal with it.I understand it was busy and I didn't expect my issue to be resolved that day, I was just curious as to what it could of been.

Great! There was a very long line at the very first start of the morning and I was impressed at how quickly the Honda Employees moved us in and systematically got everyone’s information and processed. I was in an out fairly quickly and pertinent notes from my last visit were documented in the computer which was very helpful. Can I just say how much I LOVE the car wash so that I am leaving with a clean car? That is a very nice touch and great customer service.

Mechanics a little slow initially updating Jesse but he stayed on top of it after that. Glad to find a/c system only needed a recharged and no parts needed to be replaced.
