The technician forgot to reset my oil life gauge after completing my oil change. So I did it myself. Then two days later my battery died and I had to replace it myself after I was just at the service center. When I pulled in to get my oil changed , I saw a guy check my battery. If it was low he should have said something. The customer service with Patrick was good. Just disappointed with the service quality on my vehicle.

Jay was super nice and friendly. Gave me the option to stay and wait for my car or to have someone take me home. He also gave me a diagnosis on my car and told me of a few things I might have to do on my next visit and it makes it convenient for me because that gives me an estimate of about how much I’m going to spend on my next visit. Excellent worker. 10/10. Keep it up Jay!!!
