Rachelle did a good job. Chester hills I think the charge to replace the battery is way too high and that's partially my dissatisfaction. I wasn't told that the warning lights wouldn't be turned off because of the bad battery, but other than that Rochelle did a good job.

Great customer service by Jesse. Words that sum up my impression of him are; polite, gentle, positive, thorough, honest and caring. The ETA for the service on my vehicle that he provided was spot on. I received a text letting me know my vehicle was ready. A few minutes later Jesse came to get me and take me to the cashier. He apologized for not getting me shortly after the text notification. It was maybe just 5 minutes. It was no big deal to me, but I greatly appreciate the courtesy. As we’re walking to the cashier he thoroughly explained what was performed on my vehicle, current standings and maintenance recommendations.
Jesse was very polite. He showed genuine concern about the issue at hand and although I wasn’t expecting it - he apologized for the inconvenience (I had to return the day after I received service on my vehicle). He spoke with the techs that worked on my vehicle then turned to his supervisor for advice. I was extremely satisfied with the offer made as it was something that couldn’t be confirmed or accounted for by either party (Honda Staff or myself). It was a very fair and reasonable offer. He also made some recommendations so that next time I reach out to Honda I am ensured contact with staff. Additionally, he made sure I knew how to reset my tire pressure notification message.
