Derrick helped my family out a great deal! As we were on a road trip vacation to Mammoth we got anamber check engine light on our 2016 Pilot. This is trusted family vehicle and we were not happy that this was happening. I called Soreen and spoke to Derrick and he gave me his honest opinion and talked me through a subsequent 6 more calls without seeming annoyed or impatient. We followed up with under warranty service upon returning from our trip all under his care and advisement. We have had a great experience with Soreen from sales to service in the last three years. We will continue to recommend this dealership.
