We paid a lot for our service package talked up by sales as magnificent but it's oil change. No I didnt get my car washed even though the receipt says I did. You buy tires anywhere and rotation is free. This is just hype.
JESSE WAS EXCELLENT. REMEMBERED ME BY NAME FROM A CONVERSATION I HAD WITH HIM YESTERDAY. WORKED AS HARD AS PRACTICAL TO GET ME OUT IN TWO HOURS. ANOTHER SERVICE REP WHOSE NAME ESCAPES ME - BLONDE GENT- SAW ME AT THE COUNTER AND WALKED OVER AND GREETED ME- ALSO BY NAME. WELL RUN SERVICE COUNTER.
