They had me waiting in the waiting area for about 40 minutes they never call my name to tell me that my car was ready until I ask the people in the front desk if my car was ready and they check in a pile of papers that they had there and there was my paper. I don’t know how much longer I would of been waiting if I wouldn’t have asked. It was my first time going to this dealership and I don’t know if I wanna go back again. They did my oil change really fast I’m not complaining about that it was the people at the front desk that took long. “ they send me a text message at 8:40 saying that my car was ready and I didn’t check my phone until almost 9:30am my question is why instead of sending a message why didn’t they call my name they new I was in the waiting area
Quick, efficient, knowledgeable, polite
After getting off a 12 hour shift I was greeted very professionally by the service staff. The shuttle driver was extremely generous and professional as well I would recommend anyone for service at Spreen Honda

I was very satisfied with Danny S Nanhthadet's customer service. He was very helpful,kind and truly made me feel welcomed.I was informed that with each service I would receive a car wash, which I was ecstatic about! Unfortunately that ended when my vehicle was ready & I noticed my car looked as if it was sitting in the rain or if someone had sprayed it with the water hose! My car looked even more worse than when I brought it in. Not sure if spreen honda vacuums? But it wasn't..I'm just disappointed that they let me leave like thay!
