I requested no car wash when I dropped off my car and the staff still ran it through the machine car wash. This is the second time this happens. I only hand wash my car to protect the paint from scratching.

Sebastian took excellent care of me today. But what was truly outstanding was the service he provided for my daughter Jessica yesterday, helping her through the repair of her car, an older accord. He is the best service representative I have encountered in any of my dealings with Honda.
