Melina was great! She was very friendly and did her best to make my experience great. I was also impressed with the quick shuttle service. Two porters were filling in for the regular shuttle driver and they were both excellent. I will definitely be back, even though I live in Upland and have other dealership choices.

Rachelle Roberts provided great customer service. After 20 minutes of going over the ETA I went to check with her. She updated me promptly. Once my vehicle was ready she walked me over to the cashier, thanked me for my patience, apologized for the wait and explained that there was only one tire technician. I appreciate her thanking me, apologizing for something out of her control and explaining the reason for delay.
