Sebastian is awesome! He has helped me in the past, and is always very thorough, upbeat, explains service and gives a time frame and sticks to it! I used to go to Riverside Metro Honda for service since I purchased my vehicle there, but now I do all my service at spreen! Great job Sebastian! Thank you for being so fantastic!

I have had my crv for 3 months and the battery has died twice. The first time was when my husband was being air lifted to hospital. As you can imagine that was very stressful. The second time was last Monday. The service department replaced the battery and checked for draws. And recommended that I drive the car every 2-3 days. I told them I am about to travel on a weekly basis and leave my car at the airport Monday morning thru Friday night. They recommended I disconnect and remove the battery while the car is parked. Have to say I don’t find this either reasonable or acceptable. Where is the Honda literature does it say that this is necessary. I have owned Honda’s for 20 years without issue but if this is a new requirement for owning one then Honda will need to buy this car back. I am not standing in Ontario long term parking at 4:30 am on a Monday morning disconnecting my battery. A response would be very much appreciated.

I have to say as a Manager running a Harley-Davidson dealership, I am very satisfied with the level of service I receive from Rachelle. As a matter of fact I only deal with her when I bring our car in. She is very professional and explains everything thoroughly.
