My car has 35000 miles and I was told today that my car is no longer under factory guaranteed because I did not service my car properly, I guess I don’t need to go back for services to the dealer since it does not matter if the car does good or bad

Well, is not the staff issue. I brought my oddesy 2018 for Recall service. However I have to reschedule it again due to according to the staff it failed to update the software.
Took vehicle here for an oil change with a coupon for oil change for $48.88 plus tax. I ended up paying more than the coupon which was upsetting he did not input coupon correctly. Second, my backup camera that turns black at times and stereo screen turns white was not fixed. I was told they could not the problem.

Work was done sooner than expected. Melina was most professional and courteous.
When we purchased the vehicle the finance manager told us the service contract covered everything, but apparently it only covers oil changes. So we had to pay to have tires rotated. How cheap that you don't even cover tire rotation with the service contract.
