I wish that I would have been told that my battery wasn’t covered since I thought it was because it said 100 month warranty. I should have been told that it is 36k miles or 100 month. I would have left and changed my own battery instead of paying the $120 fee to diagnose the problem.

I was happy that one week ago I brought my car for new tires, alignment, oil change and Jesse helped me follow up with parts and service that I still needed and I was able to return a week later to make those repairs.

Excellent Customer Service from Danny, however, had I not used your online coupon I would have paid a, "whopping" $371.00 for an A/C Service! Even considering dealer's service costs are always high, that's, "highway robbery".
