Extremely disappointed! Between two separate Honda dealerships, Palmdale Honda and the Loma Linda Honda, neither of them informed me that if I went to any other dealership other than the one I purchased my vehicle at that I would then be charged for an oil change and tire rotation. Instead, palmdale Honda told me that I could go to any other dealership and Loma Linda Honda said nothing about there being a charge when they handed me paperwork to sign. And because it was included in my warranty and I have never been charged up to that point, but always had to sign I didn’t even think of that. This is the third Honda that I have purchased, not leaving one that I bought for my daughter. However, I will not purchase another! This type of thing is becoming way too common. And I as a consumer am fed up. There is no “ The customer is priority” anymore!
**** had great customer service and made my visit pleasant while waiting for my car to get serviced. He was helpful and very knowledgeable with the answers he had for me after I asked him a few questions about my car.
