Asked to get picked up and taken back to the dealership and Called multiple times and was hung up on. When asked they said the driver was on the way. Waited 45 minutes and no one ever came. Ended up taking a Uber back to the dealership which was 3 minutes away. When arriving to the dealership the driver had just gotten back from dropping someone off.

I don’t know her name, but there was a woman in the service department that I felt was just not friendly and a little rude how she spoke to me. This is my first experience at a Honda dealer and I was just disappointed on how I was treated and I also overheard another customer complaining to a service rep and I felt the service rep was rude and condescending to him. Overall, I was highly considering the purchase of a new Honda, instead of Mercedes, but this made me change my mind completely. I have never been treated or seen other customers treated the way I observed that day. Definitely not purchasing a Honda, as I would hate to be treated that way every time I came in for service.

My car was ready ahead of time and there was no charge as indicated there would be on the estimate. Every person I dealt with was courteous and friendly. Thank you.

Mechanical stuff was great but when it came to the carwash it was horrible it just looked like they went over the car with a damp cloth
