They took forever to fixes something real Simple and not just that when I checked the work that they did they didn’t put screw back in my trunk right and there some missing now I got to go out of my way again to make my way back to dealer and get it put together again and they did show me what they did I had to check myself and that’s when I notice what a horrible job they did bad service

Today my car battery was death because you guys left the light on all day. I had to pay around $155 for new one. It is really ridiculous. I will demand that amount from your entity on Monday. I have aaa report and I will send it on monday.

The service went efficiently, and I was out of there within about an hour. The service provider answered all my questions about the condition of the car. But, I didn’t get a printout of the evaluation points, just a verbal accounting. The car was washed satisfactorily, which was a plus! I was informed of upcoming service needs, which is important to me. Overall, great job! Thanks!
If you had a suggestion Box I would do Something a little different. When I got the car back I get the message on the paperwork that the cabin air filter was dirty. With the texting service that you have to alert me how my car is progressing and when it was done, I'm not sure if you have an option for pictures. If you sent me a picture of the dirty air cleaner I would have said yes go ahead change it. I was thinking it hadn't been that long, we don't have any dust storms, but had I seen the dirty filter I would have changed my mind. I'll catch it Next time if I remember it.. That's another suggestion for the Box... if someone comes in ,,,, Have the computer automatically pull up what was suggested last time and double check that it hasn't been done anywhere else and give them the option to of hitting it up at the time they come in. Kind of pick up where we left off kinda thing. Potential Upsales either way.
