The wheel alignment of my car was totally fine when I went in to get it serviced, but when I drove home, and every time I’ve driven since, the car has severely drifted right.
Adam is a very nice person, he explained well what is needed to do to my car. Hope i would chance upon him on my next visit. ??????????

I understand that the device rep was new, but he did not know a lot and did not seem to really know where to get the correct and or the complete answers for several of my questions. That can be frustrating.

Been going to Spreen for years bought many car there also I usually call ahead of time for oil change was told they no longer make appointments for oil change and Tuesdays and Wednesdays are there slower days So when I drive up there had to be at least seven cars waiting to get in and express had at least nine cars
So I left and came back 11:20 there were no cars and was told it would be 70 minutes because they were going to lunch I had to wait 90 minutes for my oil
Change never experience this type of business from Spreen I am to look for new place for my Service
Very satisfied in the way I was treated and service with politeness.
Today was the best service ive had to date. I say this because i usually dread the long wait. This time was fast! 40 min for an oil change! Service was very friendly and helpful.
The workers at spreen honda always do a great job. I am satisfied with the service I recieved.
