Why was an appointment made for my car to have the passenger side airbag recall work done when service didn’t have the necessary part? I wasted almost 2 hours of my time only to be told that the part had to be ordered.

The customer service was bad . Every time I called I was put on hold . No one ever came to the phone . When the guy texted me and I text him back he never responded . It’s nice that Honda washes the cars ,but mine was spotted all over . The windows were horrible !

You should check and make sure you have parts for a recall service before you schedule an appointment and have the customer drop off their car to only find out 3 hours later they don’t have parts and can’t do the fix!!! Very frustrating
