Didn't do all that was discussed, and pick up was late by 40min, didn't tell me prior it only runs until 4, didn't respond to texts about car.
Overall environment was awesome in service, everybody was was helpful no matter who I asked.. I give them a 10/10
Ricardo was very helpful in answering all my questions. I loved that my car was even washed, saved me the trip to the car wash. Overall wonderful experience working with Ricardo, will be coming back to service my Honda.

Car broken,
Stranded on the side of the road after picking up. Called Spreen and they claimed there’s nothing they can do because Service department is now closed.

They forgot about me in the waiting room...after waiting about 3 1/2 hrs came to the front for them to say they called....Nobody called even showed them my phone.. told me it was going to be 45 more mins and ended up waiting another hour and 15 min...2nd time there for same issue within 2 years not happy, I tried going to Moreno Val Honda and told I had to go to sprees...wasted half my Saturday.
