There was no loaner available today and apparently there may not be a loaner vehicle available next week to be able to pick up the kids while the part is replaced.

I arrived at the end of line as gates were being opened in morning. I said I needed van to work. I never saw or heard anyone say van was leaving. I waited 45 min for van. I asked twice and only second time they said they were still out. I have done the same thing with a 7 am appt and arrived on time and never had a problem catching van. Rachelle did find an employee at 7:55 am who was able to drive me to work 10 min away. I have to say this started my day off badly. This is the first complaint I have ever had about Spreen Honda in 5.5 years.

It seemed that having an appointment did not do me any good since it was busy with so many walk-in’s. So the service on replacing the air bag took three hours instead of two.
