Its my first time to have my service and Danny assist me. As walk in, i was amazed that it only takes less than an hour for oil change and its saturday. I got free car wash too.
Danny was a great help. His customer service skills are great!!!! Definitely will keep my car here because of Danny.

To whom this may concern, this is my first time coming to spring Honda Loma Linda. However I've been to other Honda dealerships service my vehicle and the prices have never been that high for an oil change or transmission service. I don't know if that's the location on living at now but the prices seem to catch me off guard when I had to pay for my services today I didn't like how the prices were that high. I understand that the economy or the image geographic the price you need to change but I'm just not happy about it. I will be taking my Honda to another dealership for service next time. It has nothing to do with the service advisor for the mechanics I just feel like saving 30 40 bucks a service somewhere else will be worth the drive going there thank you

Ramy Hasaballa is extremely professional and intelligent and charming. He helped me out when I was in terrible trouble with my car, which was unsafe to drive after an incident on the road. Ramy is an extremely valuable employee for SPREEN Honda. Ramy should receive high pay and awards for his excellent work. Even though I had to pay almost $3000 to have my car repaired, Ramy gave me such wonderful service I felt the money was well spent because I trust him to do the best he can. Please reward Ramy for his excellent work.
