I was told that the brake pads couldn’t be replaced because I needed new rotators, but upon further questioning, they could be changed, but the rotators could be changed, but it wasn’t necessary. I felt Like I was being taken advantage of.

Our Honda Pilot has been serviced at Spreen Honda for the past4 years. Why did no one notice the corrosion on the battery terminal and cable until this time. Don’t technicians look over the entire engine when doing service?
