In my receipt they put I was going to get a complemenrary car wash something I didnt get I ask the guy to replace my air filter and the compar filter and he said no I had them with me maybe because I didnt purchase there any ways I wasnt satisfied with the service the give me today

Not happy with the level of diagnostics service provided, was told I needed to come back in and pay diagnostic services again to have more thorough diagnostics completed. Service Personnel was unprofessional.

I asked the service advisor to wear a mask..I have several serious health issues. The service advisor told me they were not required to wear a mask. When I picked up my CRV that evening, I am pleased to say that I had an encounter with Jim S, the service manager. I was able to share my concerns and experience with him. He treated me with dignity and compassion. He offered me several options, letting me know that i am valued and appreciated! Thank you!

Overall the checking in process was a breeze and Ricky was very helpful with informing me what services would be done for my car, but I think since it was towards closing time the representative that I had was piled up with tickets to close out and I had to wait extra long for mine to close out.

Shuttle service ****. I waited for 2 hours to be picked up. Car advisor Ric Del Rosario is very professional and customer friendly. He explained in details about my car condition and maintenance needed to be followed up with my next appointment.
