Yesterday our tire pressure went off again. After checking the air, it seems the tech who said they had checked the air on our tires must have missed checking them as stated. We found our back right tire was over the normal PSI, and the other two in the front did not have enough air. My husband ended up fixing it, however, it is frustrating to find that yes a new tire was switched but air was not re-checked.
Service department is professional and helpful.
This last Saturday, I came in for a regular oil change. Found out car was due for it's 30,000 mile scheduled maintenance. Everything was done in two hours, just as promised. It felt like I was driving away in a cloud of joy and it was only 9:30 in the morning.
I never had to worry about my car being taken care of by Ric and Manny! The part for my car was on back order, Ric stayed in touch with me every few days to update me on the status of the part. When the part arrived he called me right away and practically had a loaner car ready and waiting for me when I dropped my car off for the repair. I have worked in customer service for many years and I truly feel that Ric went above and beyond for me as a customer! THANK YOU!!

It took a few tries to fix my car, but it was finally resolved.
Very helpful and perennial good service
It was really bad my tired rotation wasn’t even done. I left it there for 2 days and they didn’t do anything at all. They also try to lie to me saying they did the service after I paid.
